Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator at WhiskerCloud, you’ll be a key part of our customer success and onboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new customers’ onboarding process to the WhiskerCloud platform. Our customers vary in size and technology experience, so we are looking for motivated people that possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and a good eye for design.

As an PPC Manager at WhiskerCloud, you’ll be a key part of our advertising and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing every customer ad managed on our platform.

In this role, you will:

  • QA, Monitor and Optimize Google and Facebook campaigns to ensure the highest possible metrics while pacing campaigns accordingly
  • Consult with the other team members to ensure the success of all campaigns and the satisfaction of the client
  • Provide performance metric reports for upper management on the success of campaigns
  • Effectively use a variety of tracking/monitoring tools to ensure campaign brand safety and success

  • A degree, certification, or similar in digital advertising
  • Experience creating campaigns based on data-driven insights

We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of the latest social media trends and experience in apps like Canva, Photoshop, Hubspot, and Sprout Social.

In this role, you will:
