Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator at WhiskerCloud, you’ll be a key part of our customer success and onboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new customers’ onboarding process to the WhiskerCloud platform. Our customers vary in size and technology experience, so we are looking for motivated people that possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and a good eye for design.

The ideal candidate will be someone that works smart and wants to rise in our company. Our team is big on collaboration and wearing multiple hats to keep the momentum rolling! Due to coronavirus, our team is fully remote, but we do prefer people living in California.

In this role, you will:

  • Engage and communicate with new customers to ensure they understand the WhiskerCloud platform
  • Be a troubleshooting detective who follows every clue, can easily connect with customers, and build rapport during the onboarding process
  • Provide screen-share and phone training to new customers when needed
  • Work as a liaison between multiple departments to provide a seamless onboarding experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and coordinate the execution of new customer success strategies
  • Go above and beyond for every customer you interact with

The right candidate has these skills:

  • At least one year of working experience in a customer experience, social media, or web design capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of web design and social media platforms
  • Agency or startup experience is not required but is strongly preferred
  • The ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Content Marketing Manager

As a Content Marketing Manager at WhiskerCloud, you’ll be a key part of our customer success and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media and content team’s strategy. We are looking for a true leader that can continually optimize processes, provide exceptional service to clients, and go above and beyond for every campaign that we manage.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage our social media and content team to ensure that client’s social media and content schedule is high-quality and on-time
  • Provide responsive engagement using a consistent brand voice across all of our social media platforms, and sometimes via email or phone as well
  • Monitor social media accounts using programs like Sprout Social to engage, educate, and address inquiries
  • Assist customers with requests and needs for graphics, copywriting, or videos
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to streamline processes and coordinate the execution of new customer success strategies
  • Monitor & analyze social media and website metrics to identify trends that may impact customer satisfaction

The right candidate has these skills:

  • At least two years of working experience in a customer experience, social media, or copywriting capacity
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
  • Agency or startup experience is not required but is strongly preferred
  • The ability to think strategically and to lead

Digital Project Assistant

  • Proofread and perform quality assurance for new websites so that they launch free of errors
  • Manage Google My Business profiles for clients, carrying out regular audits to ensure proper access to profiles and integrity of information 
  • Maintain data in WhiskerCloud’s client relationship management and analytics reporting systems
  • Go above and beyond for every customer you interact with via online ticketing systems
  • Help troubleshoot and streamline internal processes pertaining to data entry and organization
